Black Eagle, Mont. – April 06, 2023 – NorthWestern Energy will donate $2,800 to the Black Eagle Park in recognition of more than two dozen NorthWestern Energy employees who volunteered in early March to do sod work, clean up trash and do other spring clean-up work.
The park includes picnic shelters, barbeques, basketball, bocce and volleyball courts, softball and baseball fields and playgrounds. It was built by volunteers and donations are used to maintain and improve the park.
“Black Eagle Park is a valuable asset for this community and we welcomed the opportunity for our employees to contribute,” said NorthWestern Energy Operations Foreman Dereck Besich, whose work includes Black Eagle, Rainbow and Cochrane hydro facilities.
