The House and Senate today, Wednesday and tomorrow, will be frantically listening to the dozens of bills that have yet to receive full votes before their respective chambers. The transmittal deadline for general bills, those that don’t have budget implications, is end of day on Friday, March 3, the halfway point in the 90-day Legislative Session. Anything that does not meet that deadline is presumed dead.
