The Montana Manufacturing Association is proud to present a tour of manufacturing companies and educators in Helena. Join us for an in-depth look at Helena’s manufacturing ecosystem, showcasing innovative modern manufacturing, and cutting-edge workforce training.
The day starts at 8:00 AM with a brief introduction and then a tour of Helena College’s Airport Campus which focuses on teaching modern manufacturing skills to the next generation of Montana workers. At 9:00 AM, we will visit Montana Hydraulics – a multifaceted manufacturing company offering machine shop services including CNC machining, fabrication, custom manufacturing and specialty equipment, as well as innovative, progressive solutions and services for the railroad industry including railroad ballast distribution systems, railcar maintenance and repair and MOW equipment replacement and repair. At 10:00 we will meet at Pioneer Aerostructures to tour their cutting-edge aerospace manufacturing site. Then at 10:00 AM, we will visit YESCO – a premier manufacturer of lighted advertisements, billboards, and sign advertising. Finally, at noon, we will visit 10-Mile Creek Brewing in downtown Helena to look at – and enjoy – one of Montana’s fastest growing manufacturing sector.
