Starting in 1999, Webb serves as President & CEO of the Montana Chamber of Commerce, which also includes leading the Montana Chamber Foundation and Montana Manufacturing Association. A fifth-generation Montanan from Trout Creek, Webb has devoted his entire career to business promotion throughout Montana. Prior to his post at the Montana Chamber, Webb helped start and direct the Sanders County Economic Development Corporation, led the Lewistown Area Chamber of Commerce as Executive Director, and served as Vice-President of the Billings Area Chamber of Commerce.

Since joining the Montana Chamber, Webb has grown the statewide organization by expanding programs, events, and staff. Webb is an active volunteer having served on a variety of Boards for local, state, and national organizations. Currently, Webb is First Vice-President of the Conference Of State Manufacturing Associations (COSMA) and of the State Associations Group of the National Association of Manufacturers.  He is Past-President of the Council of State Chambers.

Webb earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California at Riverside, graduated from a five-year program with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organization Management, and has received his Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation.
