Students grade 8-12: Join us for a look at future careers in Manufacturing. On April 5, 2019 – the HELENA WINS manufacturing group invites you to look at Helena College’s Airport Campus to explore high-wage skills in welding and machining. After experiencing college, we encourage you to tour four manufacturing companies who are opening their doors to see what you can do with a career in manufacturing. Businesses include:
Marks Lumber: A premier wood mill of specialty home timber product located in Clancy. This company is making a name for itself for rough cut wood siding, flooring, and other specialty products for your home.
Boeing Helena: One of the world’s biggest companies in your backyard. Boeing Helena makes important titanium and aluminum parts which take millions of passengers around the globe.
McDantim: McDantim is the world leader in gasses used for sports stadiums, bars, and concert venues. Their gas systems make sure any carbonated beverages such as beer get from the basement to the upper 300 level of the stadium and appropriately carbonated for adult consumption.
We hope you can join us. Register now.
