Montana Chamber Choices

The Montana Chamber Choices Health Insurance Program is an association plan designed to meet the needs of small businesses by offering a variety of affordable health insurance solutions for employers with 2-99 employees.
Who We Are
The Montana Chamber of Commerce began the Montana Chamber Choices Health Insurance Program in 2004 to meet the needs of small businesses and sole proprietors looking to provide affordable, quality health insurance to employees. Since that time, it has grown to cover more than 15,000 Montanans from more than 1,500 Montana small businesses. More than half of them were previously uninsured, mostly because there was no affordable health insurance option.
