In 2024, the Montana Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors voted to endorse in Montana Supreme Court elections, offering an endorsement with an eye to business issues. Montana Justice Coalition (MJC) is a legal reform subsidiary of the Montana Chamber that actively monitors judicial activity that affects business in Montana. MJC’s biennial Judicial Review summarizes important cases and trends in our court system.
