Dear Fellow Montana Chambers,

With our current economy struggling, there is a great deal of discussion across the country addressing the question of relevancy. Chamber’s now more than ever have to be more strategic in providing value to our members.

As your current President of the Montana Association of Chamber Executives (MACE) along with your MACE officers, we have spent time discussing how can we best serve the interests of Chamber’s across the state? At the Spring MACE meeting in Missoula we will provide opportunities for you to get to know your counter parts from across Montana, utilizing them as a resource.  Regardless of the size of your chamber, the Spring MACE meeting will have something for you, your board and your staff. This is an inexpensive way to provide education and team building time that will surely move your chamber forward.

Join your partner chambers from across the state May 6th and 7th, 2010 in Missoula as we together shape a plan that will help us in our individual Chambers.  The Spring MACE Conference will provide a number of educational programs that will address:
1.  Creating and enhancing relationships with Chamber Executives, Staff and volunteers from across the state.
2.  Topic areas of both Challenges and Opportunities will be created by those attending.
3.  Participants will discuss and select success strategies to address the challenges identified within their topic area. The group as a whole will have opportunity to add additional strategies =.
4.  A final report of all information will be shared with every attendee.

In addition to great day of meetings; you will experience the Big Sky Country – in Missoula Fashion on board Denny Washington’s personal Train. Included on the train will be dinner, entertainments and beverages.

The best way for businesses in our community to remain viable in tough economic times is to band together though their membership in your organization. Your involvement and the educational opportunities though the association of Montana Chambers is critical to your success.
