In keeping with the Chamber Choice’s mission, we attained a stable, affordable rate for 2010 and we added several valuable prevention and wellness benefits.

    -New $5,000 Life Insurance 
    -New $5,000 Accidental Death & Dismemberment benefit 
    -New Online Advanced Directive and Will Preparation Services

All Montana Chamber Choices also include these first-dollar preventitive benefits: 

    -$100 Annual Preventive Dental Exam* 
    -$1,000 benefit for colonoscopies/sigmoidoscopies* 
    -Healthy Wonders Maternity Management Program
    -$300 Wellness benefit* 

*These benefits are excluded in the 2010 CMM HSA 2500 50-50

EAP is a confidential and flexible benefit that can assist employees with financial questions like budgeting, resolving debt and more; help find local childcare options; work through complex, sensitive issues such as personal relationships, depression and substance abuse; act as a confidential sounding board; coach employees through difficult conversations with employers and even make informal employee referrals to additional EAP services.
