EAP is a confidential and flexible benefit that can assist employees with financial questions like budgeting, resolving debt and more; help find local childcare options; work through complex, sensitive issues such as personal relationships, depression and substance abuse; act as a confidential sounding board; coach employees through difficult conversations with employers and even make informal employee referrals to additional EAP services.
